Grant Wooller

Grant is the SA State Manager for Architecture & Access, the leading specialist consulting firm helping to create safe and accessible built environments for all people.  Grant is a qualified access consultant and occupational therapist, and is an Accredited Member of the Association of Consultants in Access Australia. Having also managed the Brisbane office, and as a senior consultant within the Melbourne office; Grant has over 8 years’ experience as a consultant advising on accessibility and universal design on projects from $1billion health and research facilities, to smaller streetscape redevelopments, and individual homes. With 20 years’ experience working in community health, disability and assistive technology sectors providing consulting, assessment and training services, and with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), he brings a unique understanding of how a people of all abilities interact and engage with the built environment. Grant is a former board member of the Motor Neurone Disease Association of SA, and has been a guest lecturer and speaker in relation to assistive technology (inclusive of home modifications), accessibility, and universal design.  Grant is passionate about improving access to the built environment for all people, and has a vision to see South Australia be the leading example of accessibility and Universal Design in Australia.
