Access 2 Place Housing is an independent, not-for-profit community housing organisation established to supply and maintain appropriate housing for South Australians living with disability across the State, including metropolitan Adelaide, Kangaroo Island, Port Pirie, Millicent and Murray Bridge. Helping some of the State’s most vulnerable citizens, the organisation was specifically created to provide affordable, accessible and appropriate housing throughout South Australia for people living with a disability. Access 2 Place gives its tenants – people living with disability – more choice and independence in their day-to-day lives. The new organisation is managed by a Board of Directors and a Chief Executive Officer.

Our services are individually tailored, which means we give our customers the power to adapt the services to suit their needs. As a customer with Enhanced Lifestyles you choose your support workers (Lifestyle Attendants), the times of your services, how you want those services delivered and how your roster is managed! Our organisation was designed specifically by people with disabilities to ensure service users had a voice and could be involved with their service delivery.
Novitatech is a Division of Novita and specialises in the supply, assessment, modification, testing and maintenance of Assistive Technology. Novitatech staff have specialised knowledge and skills with Assistive Technology (AT) to help children, adults, families, carers select, set-up and access the most appropriate AT to assist with mobility, communication, education and daily living.
Novitatech comprises of four specialist teams being:
- Therapy ( Home Modification and Access Design, Environment Control Systems, Computer Access Technology and AT prescription Services)
- Technical (Seating & Mobility)
- Testing and Compliance (NATA Certified Testing Laboratory) for equipment in the disability sector
- Our highly trained Team are preferred prescribers with the NDIA

The Plug-in provides the critical link between researchers, business and industry and older people – ‘Influencers’ – to provide you with deeper, more meaningful insights into user experiences. Influencers are available to help identify problems to be solved, and influence and test the design of emerging technology, products and services. We are powered by COTA SA, who brings an intimate understanding built on 60 years of working for and with older South Australians. This means we are ready, skilled and able to add value by working in genuine partnership with you. We are The Plug-in.
